The staff and the space were amazing never felt so welcomed in a clinic before and the process was quite smooth, swift and I felt relaxed and well cared for. No complaints and happy to praise the facilities.

Nurse on the phone was so friendly and informative. She clearly explained everything to me and was really professional.

Phone call was arranged for 4pm but was called at 12pm which wasn’t an issue as luckily I was working from home. However I usually wouldn’t have been able to answer.

Everything was straight forwards from the instructions on how to self test, to the details on feedback and corresponding treatments. The worker on site was incredibly helpful and caring and made the whole process easy as possible.

I do not have any feedback for this as I found the service incredibly straight forward
